For When you’re sad

Being sad is normal. It’s something that we all experience. Sometimes more than others. Sometimes you need to just be alone for a little while, or to have a good cry, and that’s completely okay. I think everyone here can relate.

But what I’ve found brings joy to me when I feel like this, is just helping others. Literally, anyone other than you. Like Mark Twain once said, “The best way too cheer yourself up is to cheer someone else up”. It’s actually kind of unexplainable. (Check out the video on the page called Random acts of kindness on this website. That might explain things a little)
