Random acts of Kindness

There are hundreds of thousands of acts of kindness-so many that we usually we don’t even realize that it is an act of kindness when we do it-That’s the gift of kindness. Just a simple “sorry,” “please,” “thanks,” or even just asking someone about there day…It may not seem like it, but those short, and maybe silly moments matter-more than you may think. Have you ever been thrilled to find something other than junk mail and bills in your mailbox? To actually get a card or letter from someone who cares? It’s great feeling, it really is. The thing that’s almost strange is: the person that sent you that letter, most likely didn’t realize they would be making your day.

There are tons of acts of kindness you (and everyone) can do! Below is a Random acts of kindness chart. On it are some examples of things that you can do for others. All these acts of kindness you can do as well. And not just for your teacher, or only for your friend! You can do all of these things (and more) to anyone and everyone. These are just some examples to get you started, and a great video that explains the amazing science that comes with kindness
